Charles Evans: I am Charles L. (Bud) Evans. Known by some as the Benton City Redneck. This is real complement to me. My background is almost a long as my years. In February of 2012 I will be 70 years old. Why is that important to you? It shows that I have lived through most of the things that I talk about. My college background includes a master’s degree in science—about 400 plus college hours and a specialized training rap sheet four of five pages long. This just means that there might be a chance that I know what I am talking about. My current objectives in life are to help other people and be of service to my community. Until last year I ran a small repair facility after retiring from the Hanford Nuclear Reservation near Richland, Washington. The last four years have been spent studying marketing and looking for ways for the average person to make a living on the internet or at least add enough money for his budget to survive.
